How we handle copyright, trademarks, and IP complaints on BFGFE.

1. Our IP

BFGFE, the bfgfe.com logo, site design, software, and original content are owned by BFGFE or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or branding without permission.

2. Your content

Providers retain ownership of photos and text they upload. By posting, you grant the licence in our Terms of Service. You must only upload content you created or have rights to use.

3. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on bfgfe.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@bfgfe.com with:

  • Your name, address, email, and phone (if applicable)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The URL(s) of the infringing material on our platform
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised agent
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable access to reported content and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, contact copyright@bfgfe.com with your contact details, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was erroneous, and consent to jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia courts.

5. Trademarks

Provider profiles must not use third-party trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement by BFGFE or the trademark owner without permission.

6. Image safety scanning

We may use automated tools to detect known illegal or prohibited imagery (including CSAM hash-matching services where configured). Matches may result in blocked uploads and mandatory review or law enforcement referral.
