This document is provided for transparency and platform rules. It is not legal advice. If you operate as a provider or rely on these policies for compliance in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.
1. Our position
BFGFE exists solely for independent adult companion professionals who choose their own work. We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labour, or any listing involving a person under 18 or without genuine consent.
We are an online directory and software platform. We do not arrange meetings, employ providers, or control off-platform conduct. We do take proactive steps to detect and remove illegal or exploitative use of our platform.
2. Adults and consent
- Every user must be at least 18 years of age.
- Every person depicted in profile photos must be an adult who consents to being listed.
- Providers must operate their own account unless we approve a documented agency arrangement.
- No third party may control a profile without the depicted provider's knowledge and consent.
- We prohibit content suggesting incapacity, intoxication, coercion, or inability to consent.
3. Anti-trafficking measures
- Mandatory age gate for all visitors.
- Identity verification for providers before browse publication where required.
- Automated image hash-matching (e.g. PhotoDNA) on uploads where configured to block known illegal imagery.
- Human moderation of reports, verification submissions, and suspicious accounts.
- Immediate termination and law enforcement referral for CSAM or trafficking indicators.
- Cooperation with Australian Federal Police, state police, and international authorities on lawful requests.
- No advertising of services involving minors, trafficking routes, or exploitation keywords.
4. Red flags we act on
We investigate and may suspend accounts showing indicators such as:
- Multiple profiles with the same photos under different names without explanation
- Profiles controlled from jurisdictions inconsistent with stated location
- Language suggesting a manager, pimp, or third-party control without agency approval
- Refusal to complete verification when required
- Reports from users or NGOs alleging coercion or underage involvement
- Stolen photos or impersonation of another provider
- Attempts to bypass safety scanning or verification
5. Provider safety recommendations
While we cannot control off-platform meetings, we encourage providers to publish clear screening, deposit, and cancellation policies on their profiles and to:
- Screen clients using methods you are comfortable with (references, ID, deposit, video call)
- Share location only after screening, not in public profile fields if discretion matters
- Trust your instincts and decline bookings that feel unsafe
- Keep a trusted contact informed of appointments when possible
- Use safe sex practices and state requirements clearly on your profile
6. Visitor responsibilities
- Treat providers with respect and honour stated boundaries and policies
- Never attempt to book or contact anyone you believe may be underage or coerced
- Do not share provider private information (doxxing)
- Report suspicious profiles immediately rather than engaging
7. Reporting
Report safety concerns, trafficking suspicions, or underage content immediately:
- Use the report button on any profile
- Email abuse@bfgfe.com with URLs, usernames, and details
- Email reports@bfgfe.com for general moderation reports
- For immediate danger in Australia, call 000
- To report child exploitation online: Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) via report.cyber.gov.au
- For human trafficking concerns: Australian Federal Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000
We treat urgent safety reports as priority. We may preserve evidence and contact authorities without notifying the reported account where necessary.
8. Law enforcement
We respond to valid legal process from Australian and international authorities. See our Complaints & Disputes Policy for general dispute handling. Emergency preservation requests and child safety matters are escalated immediately to legal@bfgfe.com.
9. Limitations
No online platform can guarantee that every user is safe or acting lawfully. Verification and moderation reduce risk but do not replace your own judgment, screening, and compliance with local law. BFGFE disclaims liability for off-platform conduct as set out in our Terms of Service.
