Verification Policy

BFGFE uses two separate checks. Age / eligibility verification confirms you are an adult allowed to list. Photo / person verification is optional and helps buyers trust that gallery photos match the person operating the profile. Neither is a background check, safety guarantee, or legal compliance certification.

• A clear photo of a government-issued identity document (passport, driver's licence, or national ID)
• A live selfie or verification photo for comparison
• Optional notes to assist review

Age verification is optional and builds trust with buyers. With an active plan and finished onboarding, we auto-publish eligible profiles.

• A clear selfie that can be matched to your public gallery photos
• Optional notes (for example which gallery shots best match)

Approval unlocks the BFGFE watermark on public photos so buyers can see you are photo-verified. It is not required to appear on Browse.

• Verification files are uploaded to a private storage bucket, separate from public profile photos.
• Documents are not displayed on your public profile or shared with other users.
• Only authorised administrators can access submissions for review.
• Documents may be scanned by automated content-safety tools where enabled.

Submissions are reviewed manually by our team. We may approve, reject, or request resubmission. Rejection reasons are sent to your account email where possible. Typical review time is 1 to 2 business days but is not guaranteed.

We may revoke verification if we discover fraud, policy violations, or material profile misrepresentation.

Verification records are retained for a period after review for audit, dispute resolution, and repeat-fraud prevention, then deleted or archived securely as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of verification data subject to legal and safety retention requirements by contacting privacy@bfgfe.com.

• Submitting forged, altered, or borrowed identity documents
• Submitting verification on behalf of another person without authority
• Using verification to impersonate someone else
• Any attempt to circumvent PhotoDNA or other safety scans

Violations may result in permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.

A verified status means we reviewed submitted materials at a point in time. It does not guarantee ongoing identity, safety, legality of services, or accuracy of profile content.
