Refunds & Billing Policy

How subscriptions, promotions, and billing work on BFGFE.

1. Payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing a promotion, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. Weekly subscriptions

  • Listed, Pro, and Business plans bill weekly in advance until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer billing portal linked from your dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we terminate for breach.
  • Plan changes may prorate or take effect at the next billing cycle depending on Stripe configuration.

3. Free tier

Account creation and profile editing are free. Browse visibility requires a paid plan and meeting publish requirements (onboarding, verification where required).

4. One-time promotions

  • Boost, Featured, and Spotlight are one-time purchases for fixed 7-day visibility enhancements.
  • Promotions are generally non-refundable once activated and visible on browse.
  • Promotions stack with your active plan tier according to rules shown at purchase.
  • If a promotion fails to activate due to a platform error, contact support@bfgfe.com for correction or credit.

5. Refunds

Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection laws:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial weeks already started.
  • We do not refund for unused profile views, lack of bookings, or user error after purchase.
  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact support@bfgfe.com within 14 days.
  • Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, Stripe may retry. Persistent failure may downgrade or suspend browse visibility until payment is resolved. We may unpublish profiles with lapsed subscriptions.

7. Price changes

We may change plan prices for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are typically honoured at their current price until they change plans or cancel, subject to notice requirements.

8. Tax

Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned from clients.
