Terms of Service

By accessing bfgfe.com, creating an account, confirming you are 18 or older, or using any part of BFGFE, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Safety & Anti-Trafficking Policy, and (if you are a provider) the Provider Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

BFGFE operates BFGFE (bfgfe.com), an online directory and software platform for independent adult companion professionals. We provide profile hosting, optional paid discovery features, analytics, and related business tools.

We are an intermediary only. BFGFE does not employ providers, act as an agency, arrange bookings, negotiate fees, provide premises, or participate in any in-person meeting or transaction between users. All contact, screening, booking, payment for services, and conduct off-platform is solely between the provider and the visitor.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use any part of the platform.
• Providers must be at least 18 and must not represent, depict, or offer services involving any person under 18.
• By using the site you represent that access to adult companion directories is lawful in your location.
• We may request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bfgfe.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One person or business entity per provider account unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Providers listed on BFGFE are independent contractors, not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of BFGFE. Providers control their own rates, availability, services offered, client screening, and tax obligations. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Laws relating to adult companionship, escorting, and related services vary by country, state, and territory. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile, advertising, and conduct comply with all applicable laws where you live, work, and advertise.

BFGFE does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or remove access where we reasonably believe content or activity violates applicable law or these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, rates, etc.). By posting content on BFGFE, you grant BFGFE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the platform (including browse listings, search, and backups).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your content, that your photos depict you (or persons you are authorised to represent), and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Paid plans and one-time promotions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring weekly charges until you cancel through the billing portal or we terminate access. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new subscriptions with notice on the site.

Detailed refund rules are in our Refunds & Billing Policy. Promotion purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes illegal services, harassment, fraud, impersonation, scraping, bypassing paywalls, uploading malware, and any content involving minors or non-consensual activity.

Optional or required identity verification is governed by our Verification Policy. A verified badge indicates we reviewed submitted documents at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of identity, safety, or legality.

We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse any content or account at our discretion to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We are not obliged to monitor all content but may use automated tools (including image safety scanning) and human review.

Report concerns via profile reporting tools or abuse@bfgfe.com. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

The platform integrates third-party services (including Supabase, Stripe, and email providers). Provider profiles may link to external sites (social media, messengers). We are not responsible for third-party services or off-platform communications.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee bookings, income, profile views, uptime, or that any user is who they claim to be. You use the platform and interact with other users at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BFGFE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) AUD $100 or (b) the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BFGFE from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we supply services to consumers, our liability for failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the services or refund of fees paid for the affected period.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, legal risk, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. Sections that by nature should survive (licence grants, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on bfgfe.comwith a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, subject to any non-excludable rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Before commencing formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting legal@bfgfe.com.

These Terms, together with the policies linked herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BFGFE regarding the platform and supersede prior understandings on the same subject, except where a separate written agreement exists.

You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructure, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or utility failures, government action, or third-party service outages (including Supabase or Stripe).

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, in-app notices, or postings on bfgfe.com). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal writing requirement where permitted by law.
