Additional terms that apply when you create a provider account and publish a listing.
Last updated: 14 July 2026 · ABN 48 125 462 102 · bfgfe.com
This document is provided for transparency and platform rules. It is not legal advice. If you operate as a provider or rely on these policies for compliance in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.
1. Relationship to other policies
This Provider Agreement is part of your contract with BFGFE. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy. By registering as a provider, you agree to this Agreement.
2. Independent business
You operate as an independent business. You set your own rates, services, boundaries, and schedule. You are not an employee of BFGFE. You are responsible for income tax, GST (if applicable), record-keeping, work-related licences or registrations, and compliance with local laws governing your work.
3. Listing requirements
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this Agreement.
- Your profile must accurately represent you and the services you offer.
- You must maintain control of your account credentials.
- You must keep contact information and availability reasonably up to date.
- You must not list another person without their explicit consent and separate account where required.
4. Browse visibility and subscriptions
Creating an account is free. Appearing on public browse generally requires an active paid subscription (Listed tier or above), completed onboarding, published profile status, and verification where required by platform rules. We may change visibility requirements with notice.
Promotions (Boost, Featured) are optional paid visibility enhancements. They do not guarantee bookings or revenue.
5. Content licence
You grant BFGFE the licence described in the Terms of Service to host and display your profile content. You may remove content by editing your profile or deleting your account, subject to backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Verification
We may require identity verification before verification badge display or browse publication. Verification is governed by the Verification Policy. Submitting false documents is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
7. Client interactions
All communications, screening, bookings, and payments for your services occur outsideBFGFE's control. You are solely responsible for client selection, safety practices, and lawful conduct. We recommend clear written policies on your profile (deposits, cancellation, screening, safe sex).
8. Prohibited provider conduct
- Misrepresentation, bait-and-switch pricing, or fake availability
- Using the platform while suspended or banned (including alternate accounts)
- Circumventing subscription or promotion billing
- Listing another person without their explicit consent and separate account where required
- Any activity listed as prohibited in Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use, or Safety policies
9. Agencies and multiple profiles
Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each profile must represent one provider who controls that account. Agencies or managers may not operate provider accounts without the depicted provider's knowledge, consent, and compliance with verification requirements. Contact legal@bfgfe.com before setting up multi-profile arrangements.
10. Tax and record-keeping
You are solely responsible for declaring income, GST registration (if applicable), and maintaining records for tax purposes. Dashboard bookkeeping tools are for your convenience only and do not constitute accounting or tax advice.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your listing immediately for policy violations, legal risk, chargebacks, or harm to other users. You may delete your account at any time. Outstanding subscription periods are addressed in the Refunds & Billing Policy.
